About this collection
I temper my chocolate by hand for that signature snap, which is why my stuffed dates and bars feel so different from mass-produced sweets. Whether you are gifting a festive box or just craving a Tiramisu-filled chocolate bar, everything leaves my Mumbai kitchen within 48 hours of being made, so you get it at its freshest.
My kitchen is my world, and these confections are where I get to have the most fun with flavour experiments. Unlike mass-produced sweets that sit on shelves for months, I make every batch to order.
Why these chocolates are different
It starts with the base. I use high-percentage chocolate and real ingredients, never synthetic oil mixes. When you bite into a stuffed date or one of my viral Kunafa chocolates, you are getting a combination of textures, like the crunch of toasted Kunafa dough against rich, dark chocolate, that I have balanced through trial and error in my own home.
