Custom Joinery & Storage
Floor-to-ceiling wardrobes in all bedrooms using a mix of internal laminates and external veneer or matte finishes. Includes loft storage, dresser units, and shoe consoles.
Electrical & Lighting
Relocation of switch points to match furniture layout. Supply and installation of decorative pendants, wall sconces, and concealed strip lights in joinery.
Signature Decor Features
Creation of non-structural POP arches for entryways and window bay seating with storage. Wall paneling utilizing fluted panels, veneers, or wire-cut brick cladding.
Kitchen Completion
Semi-modular or fully modular setup using BWP Ply carcasses. Shutters finished in Acrylic or PU coat with tandem boxes and pull-out organizers.
Full Home Structural Renovation
Civil & Demolition
Demolition of internal walls for open layouts and debris disposal. Correction of lintels, re-plastering, and creation of architectural arches.
Flooring & Wet Areas
Removal of old flooring followed by installation of large-format vitrified tiles (4x2 or 6x4) or engineered wood. Complete bathroom strip-down including waterproofing and new plumbing lines.
Premium Woodwork
Custom joinery using BWP Marine Ply. Finishes involve natural Teak/Oak veneers with PU polish or Duco paint. Includes rattan/wicker detailing on shutters.
Ceiling & Walls
Gypsum false ceiling with decorative wooden rafters. Lighting plan execution with COB and track lights. Premium plastic emulsion paint and texture accents.
Designer Kitchen Remodel
Civil Modifications
Removal of old counters and tiles. Reconfiguration of layout to add islands or breakfast counters. Relocation of plumbing and gas piping.
Premium Cabinetry
Water-resistant BWP Plywood carcasses. Shutters finished in high-quality PU Paint (Sage Green, Royal Blue, White) or Poly-coat. Includes fluted glass cabinets and open veneer shelving.
Countertop & Backsplash
Kalinga or equivalent Quartz countertop. Designer backsplash tiles (Piccolo, Subway, or Patterned Moroccan) with epoxy grouting.
Hardware & Accessories
Soft-close hinges and drawer channels by Hettich or Hafele. Includes tall pantry units, magic corners, and custom wicker basket pull-outs.
Turnkey Bathroom Renovation
Civil & Waterproofing
Complete dismantling of existing tiles and fixtures followed by re-waterproofing of the sunken slab. Re-alignment of plumbing points to create distinct wet and dry zones.
Tiling & Finish
Floor-to-ceiling tiling using a mix of high-end base tiles and feature wall tiles (Herringbone, Kitkat, or Patterned).
Fixtures & Glass
Installation of wall-mounted commodes, rain showers, and diverters (Jaguar Artize/Kohler/Grohe). Toughened glass shower enclosure with black profile frames or patch fittings.
Vanity Unit
Floating vanity unit with stone countertop, LED backlit mirrors, and under-counter storage built with water-resistant ply.

I see every home as a story waiting to be retold. Renovation for me isn't just about fixing old stuff - it's about turning forgotten corners and tired rooms into places that actually reflect you. I always lean towards a minimalist home renovation style, keeping things uncluttered but full of personality.
Reimagining Your Space
When I look at your floor plan, I'm thinking: how can this work better for you? Sometimes that means knocking out a wall, sometimes it’s turning that dead space under the stairs into a closet you actually use. I’ve carved out puja rooms in dining areas and given basic rooms a modern cottage remodel by adding arches or swapping out boring doors for custom wood and glass.
Interiors, Layer by Layer
Once the bones are right, I focus on the details. Flooring sets the mood. Maybe you want exposed wooden rafters for an earthy Indian-inspired interiors vibe, or textured paint and soft wallpapers to add depth. Lighting gets its own attention, with everything from dramatic pendants to subtle backlit mirrors.
Kitchens & Bathrooms Get Personal
What I love most is transforming kitchens and bathrooms. Kitchens go from cramped and dark to bright, with custom kitchen island design, clever storage, and finishes that feel fresh. Bathrooms become complete walk-in closet bathroom suite setups (yep, bathing and dressing in one space), with walk-in showers, seating, and tubs that actually make you want to spend time there.
