About Mindful Movement & Healing
Think of this as your 120-minute mental reset. Unlike our choreography batches, there are no steps to memorize or routines to perfect. You walk into our Noida studio, drop the baggage of the week, and follow guided somatic movements designed to help you reconnect with your body at your own pace.
Your Time to Recharge
Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes you don't need a high-energy cardio class—you need space to breathe. Our Balance: Move for Mental Health sessions are built for anyone, regardless of fitness level or previous experience. We strip away the pressure of 'performing' and replace it with practices that simply make you feel better.
What to Expect

- Mindfulness & Breathwork: Every session incorporates guided breathing and meditation, helping you slow down your racing thoughts.

Session Logistics
We keep our batches small (15 to 25 participants) to ensure everyone feels comfortable and supported. Whether you drop in for a single session to try it out or join our monthly series for a consistent practice, the focus remains on your well-being.
Venue Details Our sessions are held at our Noida Sector 75 studio, equipped with impact-absorbing flooring and mood lighting to help you switch off from the outside world. All you need to bring is comfortable clothing and an open mind. Come as you are, and leave feeling a little lighter.
