Why We Do This
Life mein kabhi kabhi sab kuch thoda zyada ho jata hai (Sometimes life just gets too much). We know the grind gets heavy - so we built Movement for Wellness as that pause button. It’s not about dance perfection or fancy moves; it’s about letting go, moving a little, and feeling good.
Who’s It For?
If you think you’re “not a dancer” or you feel super stiff, chill. Yeh sab humne pehle bhi suna hai (We’ve heard this all before). This is for literally anyone - no experience, no stress. Just show up. Bas aa jao, no judgement.

My Story
Six years back, we started with just a dream and some beats, hoping folks would find a place to belong. Now, TDD feels less like a studio, more like home. We’ve watched shy faces turn bold, strangers become family. It’s not just about the dance, it’s the laughs, the late-night chai, the vibe. Thanks to every dancer, parent, and friend who’s grooved with us. Yeh jagah apni hai. (This place is ours.)
My Work
