Workshop Styles
- BEGIN sessions: Zero dance experience? Perfect. Our beginner dance sessions are made for you. Each month, we pick a new style and keep it simple so you can just show up and try.
- Choreography workshops: Got a favourite song? Join our choreography class for adults and learn full routines in styles like Street Jazz, Belly Dance, Heels, Semi-Classical, and Contemporary.
- The District Intensive: If you want to go all in, our dance camp for all levels is a full-day blast - six classes, six styles, all in one day. It's a lot, but it's worth it.
- BALANCE movement: Dance isn’t just steps. We use mindful movement for wellness to help you de-stress and connect with yourself.
