Many of our members start with our 100-day challenge. It is not an easy ride. It requires consistent attendance at our Indiranagar or Basavanagudi studios, bi-weekly body composition analysis to track fat loss, and a commitment to the meals I prescribe. We track everything—from your body fat percentage to your strength gains on the deadlift rack.
