About Adult Batches: High-Energy Dance Fitness
We train on professional suspended wooden flooring, which is vital for your knees when we switch from high-energy jumps to floor-based strength drills. You will work with steppers, dumbbells, and exercise balls, so every session feels like a new challenge, not a repetitive gym grind.
More Than Just a Workout
I do not believe in boring gym routines. When you walk into my RR Nagar studio, the music takes over. My dance fitness program is designed for real people who want to lose weight and gain confidence without feeling like they are doing a chore. We blend 50% high-intensity cardio drills with 50% South Indian cinematic choreography, so you learn to move like a hero while burning serious calories.
The Class Structure
Classes are held 3 times a week, running for 60 minutes. We keep batch sizes between 15 and 25 people. This ensures I can keep an eye on your form, correct your posture, and make sure you are getting the intensity you need. We use props like steppers and light dumbbells to add strength training elements, making this a full-body conditioning program.
