Unlock your body's potential with guided practices for flexibility. I provide drills and alignment cues for challenging poses like splits and deep backbends. We work patiently to open the hips, shoulders, and spine, always focusing on safety.

Guided Flows & Sequences

Experience what a class with me feels like. These videos showcase different Vinyasa and creative flows, where we link poses together in a mindful sequence. The goal is to connect your breath to your movement, creating a moving meditation.
