Agility is key in Taekwondo. Here, students engage in a dynamic warm-up drill using cones to improve their footwork, speed, and coordination, which is essential for both sparring and patterns.

It was a privilege to serve as an International Technical Official at the 37th National Games in Goa. Upholding the integrity of the sport at the highest level is a responsibility I hold with great respect.
