What’s on the Shelf?

I believe the best meals are the ones that remind you of home. My menu covers a range of flavours from North-East India, focusing on those punchy, traditional condiments that liven up any plate of rice or snacks.

Non-Veg Pickles I offer a variety of proteins, including Pork (with that essential fat cap for flavour), Buff, Chicken, and Dry Fish. These are spiced with local dry bamboo shoots and Naga garlic. You can pick between bite-sized chunks or a shredded, floss-like texture depending on how you like to eat them.

Veg Pickles If you prefer vegetarian options, my Axone (fermented soybean) and King Chilli (Raja Mircha) pickles are the stars. These have an extreme spice profile and are intended as a condiment to kick up the heat of your main dish.

Quality & Storage

• Small Batches: I don't mass-produce. Every batch is made with the same ingredients I use for my own family.
• Storage: These pickles come in airtight glass jars or pouches. With a proper oil seal, they stay good for 1 to 3 months, even without artificial preservatives.
• Customisation: I am always open to tweaking the spice levels. Whether you want serious fire or a milder touch, just tell me your preference when you place the order.

Deliveries are handled across Bengaluru, and I also ship across India if you are craving a taste of home from further away.
