About Our Achar Menu
When you open a jar of our Aam Mastana or Nimbu Chatpata, notice the coarse, granular texture of the spice mix. We grind our own masale at home rather than using store-bought powders. This 'koota hua' method ensures every bite is packed with the intense, aromatic punch you remember from childhood, rather than the flat taste of factory-produced options.
Our pickles are not made in a factory. They are prepared in our kitchen using methods passed down through generations. We believe the secret to a real Indian pickle is patience—sun-drying ingredients to perfection and ensuring the 'top float' layer of Kachi Ghani mustard oil is generous enough to act as a natural moisture barrier.
