Standing on the TEDx stage is a milestone that represents my entire journey. It's about transforming fear into power, a message I bring to every talk I give, whether it's for youth or corporate leaders.
Receiving the Maharashtra Ratan Puraskar was a moment of deep gratitude. It's a recognition of 26 years spent healing lives, and it fuels my mission to continue this work with passion and integrity.
A glimpse into a colour healing workshop I conducted for the wonderful team at L&T Realty. It's amazing to witness how colours can unlock creativity and foster connection within a corporate environment.

For corporate teams, like those I have worked with at L&T Realty, I design sessions that blend colour healing, Vastu, and mental health strategies to improve team dynamics and energy flow.

I believe the most profound changes happen in small, hands-on settings. My Art of Journaling workshops for kids are a perfect example. We focus on emotional regulation, handwriting, and building confidence in a space that feels safe and creative. It is not about perfect writing. It is about expression.
