I wasn’t always comfortable on stage. There was a time when even saying my name in front of a group felt impossible because of my stammer. Years of struggle and self-doubt made me question my worth, but I learned to fight back, one word at a time. Today, after 26 years of healing and coaching, I know what it means to turn pain into power. My story is proof that anyone can go from fear to the microphone.

I run interactive mental health sessions for corporate teams, youth groups, and women’s circles. My "Art of Journaling" workshop is a hit with kids who want to get creative and grow confident. Whether it's a motivational talk for hundreds or a hands-on activity for a small group, I keep it real and rooted in lived experience.
