I believe art is a language that speaks when words fail. Whether it is through the strokes of a brush or the pages of a journal, these creative practices help us find clarity, process emotions, and reclaim our inner calm.

About this collection

In my 90-minute workshops, we do not just sketch for the sake of art. We use specific color-healing techniques and structured journaling to process stress, which is why I keep my sessions small—limited to 10 participants—to ensure you get the space you need to actually unpack what is on your mind.

For me, creativity is a path back to yourself. It is not about talent or producing a masterpiece, but about using the process to clear the noise.

Kids' Journaling & Art Therapy

When I work with children and teens, the goal is simple: emotional regulation. We use a combination of handwriting improvement exercises and creative sketching to help them navigate their feelings. I provide the journals and the art supplies so you do not need to worry about the logistics. We focus on 90-minute sessions that are intimate enough for everyone to feel heard.

Corporate Wellness & Color Healing

I also take these tools into boardrooms and offices. Stress in the workplace is real, and my sessions are designed to be an intervention. Whether it is a workshop on Color Healing to decode team dynamics or a seminar on mental health strategies, we move beyond theory. My approach is interactive—we use art to lower barriers, improve communication, and help teams find a shared sense of calm.

How We Work Together

I am based in Mumbai but travel across India for workshops. For corporate groups, I can scale these sessions for up to 100 people, blending mindfulness with practical tools like desk organization and Vastu-aligned productivity tips.
