Whether we are starting with a blank plot of land or gutting an old, builder-grade apartment, the process remains the same: we strip it back to the basics and build up from there.

My team at Tangram manages the heavy lifting, not just the aesthetic choices. We handle the civil modifications, the plumbing shifts, and the technical MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings that ensure your lights and appliances actually work where you want them to.
