We don't just build structures. We compose spaces that breathe. Explore our featured work where light, texture, and silence come together to tell a story.

This is the story of how we turned our own 20-year-old house into a home that feels brand new, without losing its soul. We reimagined the layout to open it up to the outdoors, making a majestic rain tree the new heart of the home and flooding the once-dark rooms with natural light.

A view of our project, "Nisarg," a contemporary farmhouse near Bengaluru. The design blurs the line between indoors and outdoors, with expansive glass walls that open the living spaces to the garden and the forest beyond.

We believe staircases can be more than just functional. In our "Home by the Park" renovation, we designed this floating staircase to feel like an ascent through the tree canopy, creating a moment of connection with nature.

Anyone can construct a building, but architecture begins where the concrete ends. It happens when light, proportion, and memory are brought together with intention. This is our plea to stop settling for generic buildings and start creating spaces with soul.

A child's room should be a world of its own. For this space, we designed a custom double-decker bed from exposed birch plywood, creating a playful yet timeless "treehouse" where imagination can take flight.

The entrance to the "Verandah House" was designed as a gentle transition. It’s a place to pause and take in the landscape before stepping into the intimate living spaces, all of which are connected to the garden.

Every project we design starts with a sketch. There’s an intuition and magic in putting pen to paper that no software can replicate. We believe in the power of the thinking hand to craft spaces that feel right.

We were thrilled to be featured in Living Etc, where we discussed our approach to blending thoughtful design with smart technology. We believe homes should be as intelligent as they are beautiful.

This is the Museum of Art & Photography (MAP) in Bangalore, a project that embodies our approach to creating public landmarks. The building's stainless steel-clad structure, inspired by post-industrial water tanks, engages with the city's history while creating a modern, accessible space for art and community.10

The Lakeshore house at dusk, a filter for breezes and views on Lake Osman Sagar. Here, a prefabricated steel skeleton and walls of rammed earth from the site itself come together, creating a home that almost disappears into the treeline.
A glimpse into our vision for the Koba House. We asked, what if the courtyard was not just adjacent to the living space, but part of it? An olive tree rises from a black water court, blurring the line between home and garden, making light the main event.
We believe details make the project. This spiral staircase is more than a way to move between floors; it is a sculpture of aged brass, a ribbon of metal crafted to be as satisfying to the hand as it is to the eye.

Soulful Architecture and Interior Design Projects

This is the heart of the Split House, where a central, double-height courtyard and a massive skylight dissolve the boundaries between indoors and out. We designed this space to be a tranquil core for family life, where the changing light marks the passing of the day. The design uses a minimal palette of marble, teak, and glass to keep the focus on the spatial volume and the connection to nature.8

We used clean lines, a rooftop garden, and distinctive vertical louvers to create a modern home that is both private and open to its surroundings. This view highlights the home's strong geometric form against the soft evening sky.
An exterior view of 'An Earthy Affair', a home designed to celebrate natural materials and its connection to the landscape. We used exposed brick and large openings to create a structure that feels rooted and honest. The design plays with solid volumes and open terraces to create a dynamic relationship with the surrounding green space.
An internal courtyard in the Notan Home, designed as a private oasis that brings light, air, and nature into the center of the house. This multi-level view shows the interplay between the water body, the indoor planter with a frangipani tree, and the living spaces above, creating a constant visual connection across the home.

This intricately carved wooden doorway at the Varadarajan House in Coorg serves as a threshold between the outer world and a serene inner sanctuary. Framed by earthy laterite stone, it is an example of how we honor traditional craftsmanship, creating an entrance that feels both grand and deeply personal.7
In the living room of the Dream Coffee Estate, a reclaimed antique wooden column stands as a silent witness to time, grounding the double-height space. We designed this room to be a conversation between old and new, where hand-chiseled stone floors and modern furnishings coexist under the expansive canopy of the Coorg forest visible through large glass doors.
For this Delhi residence, we introduced a traditional wooden swing into a contemporary living space defined by cool grey lime-plastered walls and polished marble floors. This adaptive reuse project focuses on creating a harmonious balance, where modern minimalism is softened by familiar, tactile elements that evoke a sense of calm and playfulness.

In the grid of Meerut’s cantonment, Lal Kothi stands with a kind of remembered grace. We see every home as a living story, and this pre-independence residence, which we helped restore, carries a layered inheritance of a colonial past, indigenous detailing, and a layout shaped by both climate and class.8
For Twin Villa, a home for two families, we designed a structure that balances privacy with connection. The architecture uses layered volumes, deep balconies, and integrated planters to create a modern residence that is softened by the landscape it inhabits.
At the heart of The Blooming Garden, the central atrium gathers light, breath, and memory. We designed this inward-looking courtyard with a large skylight and mint-green lattice panels to connect the home's past to its present, creating a space for daily rituals to unfold.
Even restraint can have character. In our compact Hikari House project, we designed this sculpted bookshelf from waste wood, turning leftover material into an interactive feature that brings a touch of whimsy and proves that resourcefulness can be expressive.

This heritage-inspired farmhouse is a study in timeless grace, where classical proportions meet the comforts of modern living. The pristine white facade and tranquil pool create a dialogue between architectural grandeur and serene landscape design.8
We designed this modern home to breathe with its natural surroundings. The structure uses raw concrete, warm wood, and expansive glass to dissolve the boundaries between the interior and the lush greenery outside, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.
This sculptural spiral staircase is more than a functional element; it is the artistic heart of the space. Its bold color and floating form create a powerful visual statement, demonstrating our belief that even the smallest details can define a home's character.
