About Commercial Interiors
What Drives Us
We see commercial interiors as more than just walls and furniture. Spaces should feel alive, carrying the story of your brand and everyone who steps inside. For me, it’s not just about making things look nice - it’s about making people feel something. If a space can spark a little joy or comfort, I know I've done my job.
How We Shape Spaces
- I always start with your story. I listen, dig for the details, and build your brand’s vibe into the design.
- The people using the space matter most. I go for warmth, privacy, and comfort, adding light, plants, and touches that help folks feel at ease. That’s what biophilic commercial spaces are all about.
- Practicality is a must. I fuss over the layout, making sure every inch works for you - ergonomic workspace planning is in my DNA. If there’s a weird corner or a tight budget, I don’t shy away.
Some Stories We’ve Built
- For ARVA Fertility Clinic, I made sure the space felt more like a lounge than a clinic. Thoughtful nooks, privacy-first rooms, and even a London phone booth twist in the reception.
- An ad agency wanted quirky, open, and green. I ditched plain walls and used hanging planters to create zones, making the place feel creative but cozy.
- Pushed the limits for a showroom concept called 'The Qila' - an immersive showroom environment where rugs became art, with water and light to stir the senses.
What Working With Me Feels Like
I’m hands-on, sketching ideas and building 3D models with you. Every project is a joint effort - your vision, my design chops, and a lot of back-and-forth until it feels just right.

My Story
We’re Kiran and Apoorva - partners in Tall Storeys Collaborative, and honestly, we balance each other out. I’m the architect, always chasing how sunlight dances in a room. Apoorva keeps our wild ideas on track, no-nonsense. We came back from the US to start fresh, and our first farmhouse project set the tone: calm, close to nature, timeless. My father-in-law taught us to ride out good and bad with the same spirit. That’s why we love restoring old homes - every wall’s got a story.
My Work
What We Do - We design bespoke architecture, soulful home renovation, and timeless space design. New builds, tricky restorations, interiors - all covered.
How We Think - Architecture for us is storytelling. We blend natural stone interiors, wood, and light to make spaces feel alive and serene.
Our Approach - Every project starts with a sketch. We trust intuition, not just software, and let each space find its own voice.
Why Renovation Matters - We dig into fixer-uppers, loving the puzzle of honoring old bones while making something fresh.
Who We Click With - If you want a home with soul, where light and shadow mean something, we’re probably your people.
