We believe architecture is storytelling. From hand-sketched concepts to completion, we create homes that blend with the landscape, letting light and nature guide the design.

The "Nisarg" residence, where a striking floating slab rests on sleek pilotis, forming a covered leisure space that extends into the lush green landscape. The architecture is deliberately minimal to let nature take center stage.

The "Verandah House" is a 6000 sq.ft. residence designed for a retired doctor. The home is centered around a vast verandah that protects the indoor spaces and creates a semi-outdoor area where life unfolds.

The "Orchard House" is a custom home we designed for a retired businessman in Bangalore. Inspired by the city's colonial heritage, it blends classical sensibilities with modern living, creating a sanctuary that feels open and connected to nature.

"Sangeet" is a four-bedroom farmhouse designed on a sloped site. The home opens onto private gardens and features large windows and shaded verandahs that offer serene views of the forested landscape.

A look back at "Nisarg" one year after handover. It was our first project after returning to India, and it's wonderful to see how the owners have brought their own character to the space, transforming our design into something truly alive.

A design render for "The Abbey House," a luxurious 11,000 sq.ft. villa inspired by Bangalore's heritage of bungalows and gothic cathedrals. The home is broken into three smaller "quarters" to create the feeling of a village that has grown over time.

About this collection

Before we ever open design software, every project starts with a hand-drawn sketch on paper. This is not just nostalgia; it is our way of capturing the soul of your land and your family’s story before the first brick is laid. We specialize in RCC structures engineered for large spans and floor-to-ceiling glazing, ensuring that when you walk in, the boundary between your living room and your garden simply dissolves.

We approach new builds as a dialogue with the land. Whether it is a luxury farmhouse on a sloping site or a city villa that needs to feel like an escape, our process is rooted in how light, shadow, and local materials interact.

Our Architectural Approach

Our work, such as the Nisarg residence, utilizes floating slabs and pilotis to let the landscape pass underneath the house, rather than cutting into it. For larger projects like The Abbey House, we break down massive square footage into smaller, interconnected volumes to create the feeling of a home that has evolved over time.

The Technical Foundation

  • Structural Integrity: We design for large-span RCC structures and cantilevers that enable open, column-free living areas.
  • Light Management: Every kitchen and stairwell is treated as a light-filled volume, often using structural glass skylights to draw the sun deep inside the floor plan.
  • Materiality: We emphasize honest materials like natural Kota stone, exposed brick, and lime plaster. These materials age gracefully, gaining character over years of use.

If you want a home that feels alive—where the walls breathe and the windows frame the outdoors like a painting—we are your partners. We do not just build houses; we create the canvas for your life to paint its own strokes.
