Forget rigid routines and counting steps. Our Latin-inspired fitness classes are all about soaking in the rhythm of Salsa, Bachata, and Merengue while breaking a sweat in a carnival-like atmosphere. No partner is required, and no experience is necessary—just come ready to move.

About Latinhit: Latin-Inspired Fitness

We structure every 60-minute session so you get the best of both worlds: 40 minutes of non-stop, high-energy Latin cardio to boost your heart rate, followed by 20 minutes of dedicated core and toning work using mats. You do not need to worry about complex choreography; our instructors focus on simple, repeatable moves that keep the energy high and the stress levels low.
