What to Expect in Class
Every session lasts 60 minutes and is designed for real results. We start with a warm-up to get the joints ready, move into the high-energy Bollywood tracks that keep your heart rate up, and finish with a cool-down stretch.

- Studio Details: We train at our Koramangala studio, which features laminate flooring and mirror frontage, so you can check your form and have space to move.
Practical Details
If you want to commit, our monthly subscription gets you 12 sessions and a basic diet guide to keep you on track. Looking for a bigger shift? Our quarterly plan boosts you to 5 classes a week and includes measurement tracking.
