People often ask if running a home bakery is glamorous. The truth is, it involves many late nights, trial and error, and honest work. When you order from me, you are getting the same quality I serve my own kids—no shortcuts, just real ingredients like Callebaut chocolate. My journey into baking was not planned, it was a leap of faith. Since 2017, when I started this from my kitchen in Vasai, my goal has been simple: keep it real. I am a mother of three, and my kids are my toughest critics. If a recipe does not pass the mom test, it does not leave my kitchen.

Being featured in national media like Mid-day was a surreal moment, but for me, the real win is every happy customer who comes back for more. Whether it is the signature Chicken Stuffed Bread that smells like comfort, or the intricate themed cakes I hand-sculpt without using ready-made molds, everything is personal.

I do not use factory-made mixes. My kitchen runs on trial, error, and a lot of heart. If I find that a recipe needs a tweak at 2 AM, I tweak it. When you book a custom cake or a gift hamper with me, you are not just buying a product. You are supporting a dream that was built, one cakesicle at a time, away from the corporate path. I share my process because I want you to know exactly who is handling your food—someone who values quality as much as you do.
