Real ingredients, no shortcuts, just pure joy in every bite. From fluffy cupcakes to my signature fried donuts, these are treats made the way I would want to eat them myself.

A simple and satisfying video of me decorating classic chocolate cupcakes. I pipe on fluffy vanilla buttercream swirls and finish them with a dash of colourful sprinkles, a timeless treat for any occasion.

This cupcake features a hand-sculpted, sad little fairy topper. It was part of a larger enchanted forest themed dessert table, where each cupcake had its own unique, expressive character.

Another one of my fairy toppers, this one caught mid-yawn. I love giving each character its own personality, making the dessert table feel like a living, magical world.

These adorable snail toppers were also part of the enchanted forest theme. The tiny, detailed snails, one pink and one green, add a whimsical touch to the chocolate cupcakes.

I do not use whip topping or vegetable fats for my frosting, ever. It is all 100% real butter, which makes a massive difference in how the buttercream actually melts in your mouth. Whether you are ordering a simple box of six or a themed dessert table, you are getting the same high-quality ingredients I use for my own family.

When I say no shortcuts, I mean it. I source Callebaut and Veliche chocolate because the flavor difference is real. My cupcakes start with a premium sponge base—think Belgian chocolate or vanilla bean—and are topped with that silky butter-based frosting.

Then there are my donuts. I do not bake them; I fry them from scratch, the old-school way. You get that golden, airy texture that is getting harder to find in bakeries these days.

For themed events, like the enchanted forest tables you see in the gallery, I avoid molds. I hand-sculpt every fairy, snail, and butterfly topper from fondant. It takes time, but it is the only way to make sure your dessert table has a personality of its own. If you have an idea, a theme, or even an inside joke, I can turn that into edible art. From hand-painted marzipan Easter chicks to custom cakesicles, every piece here is handmade in my kitchen, packed fresh, and sent out with care.
