My Baking Workshops: Real, Messy, Joyful

I never had a big teaching plan - bas dil se share karna tha (just wanted to share from the heart). Baking is more than recipes for me. It’s about feeling the dough, making mistakes, and celebrating every win, big or small.

Why My Classes Hit Different

  • I’ve messed up plenty, so you don’t have to. I’ll tell you what actually works, not just what’s written in books.
  • Small groups mean I’m right there with you - not just watching, but guiding.
  • You’ll get your hands dirty. This is a hands-on baking class, not a demo.

Workshop Options

  • Beginner Baking Workshop (2-Day Basics): If you’re scared of ovens or confused by ingredients, this is for you. Day 1 is all about tea cakes and cupcakes. Day 2, we tackle frosted cakes and simple decorating. You take home everything you bake.
  • Bread Making Course: Love the smell of fresh bread? We cover everything from yeast to Mumbai’s Ladi Pav, stuffed buns, focaccia, and even chocolate babka. You’ll taste as you go and get a recipe booklet.
  • Fondant Modelling Workshop: Want to make cute edible figures? We’ll shape, color, and sculpt animals and human toppers. You leave with a certificate and new skills.

What You Get

I provide all ingredients, tools, and printed notes. Just bring your curiosity. Bas, aur kuch nahi chahiye (that’s all you need). If you want to learn, laugh, and maybe mess up a little, you’ll fit right in.

My Story

I’m the rebel behind Sweet Home Bakery, the one who stayed up late, whispered prayers over dirty dishes, and ignored all the ‘log kya kahenge’ (what will people say) talk. Had to design my own plus-size birthday dress once, because nothing fit - now I own my space, my story. Finally got the café keys, and yaar, itni khushi mujhe aaj tak nahi hui (never felt this happy before). Bismillah to new beginnings, discipline, and building my dream. Simple, real, nothing fake.
