My journey as 'The Baking Gurl' is a 24/7 mix of planning, managing orders, sourcing fresh ingredients, and sketching out designs that actually look good. When I left my 9-to-5 job, I knew I wanted to build something where every order felt personal.
Whether I am working on a classic buttercream cake, a quirky 3D sculpted piece, or teaching children how to pipe frosting at a live event, my goal is simple: I want your celebration to taste as good as it looks. I bake everything from scratch in my studio because consistency matters. I have handled everything from Mumbai’s climate challenges to delicate baby shower cakes, and I have learned that the secret is in the preparation.
I specialize in 100% eggless desserts, but that does not mean you compromise on flavor. From Chocolate Almond Praline to Lotus Biscoff, I focus on balancing textures and sweetness so the cake is actually enjoyable, not just a sugary prop. I also take on challenging, unconventional themes—gaming controllers, Bollywood disco, you name it.
Running a small business means I am the baker, the manager, and the planner all at once.
