The first bite sets the tone for your whole celebration. From creative fusion bites to classic comfort snacks, I design my starter menus to keep your guests happy, mingling, and always looking forward to the next round.

My Tandoori Malai Broccoli is a healthy yet incredibly flavourful starter. The broccoli is marinated in a creamy sauce and cooked in a tandoor, making it a popular choice for weddings and corporate events.

Crispy Babycorn Sticks served with a tangy dip. These are one of my most loved serve-around starters, perfect for guests to enjoy while mingling during a sangeet or reception.

Garlic Tomato Basil Bruschettas are a perfect example of my fusion menu. These bite-sized toasts are topped with fresh ingredients and are a stylish and light starter for any party.

My Dahi Vada is known for being super soft and juicy. It's a classic chaat item that I always recommend, topped with fresh sev for that perfect crunch.

These are my Cheese Corn Shorts, a delightful bite-sized snack. The crispy exterior gives way to a warm, cheesy corn filling, topped with a fresh basil leaf for extra flavour.

A platter of Hara Bhara Kebabs, a healthy and tasty vegetarian starter. Made with a mix of spinach and green peas, they are served with a fresh mint chutney.

Mini Burgers are a fun and modern addition to any starter menu. They allow guests to enjoy the taste of a burger without getting too full, leaving room for the main course.

A plate full of my popular starters: Dahi Vada, Mirchi Bajji, a cheesy bite, and Badam Milk. This shows the variety I can offer for a tasting session or an event.

My Exotic Coin Pizzas are a fantastic mobile starter. I can customize the toppings based on your preference, offering a mini pizza experience that's easy to eat.

An innovative starter I created: Pav Bhaji Shots. This dish deconstructs the classic street food into a single, flavour-packed bite, topped with cheese and served with a mini pav.

I do not believe in just dumping snacks on a table and walking away. When I serve items like my Muruku Sandwiches or Pav Bhaji shots, I plan the service flow specifically for your venue layout, ensuring the servers bring hot, fresh batches to your guests exactly when they are ready to eat, not a minute before or after.

  • For Weddings & Sangeets: We lean into 'mobile' or 'pass-around' options. These are designed to be eaten with one hand, so your guests can hold a drink, talk to family, and enjoy the event without needing a plate or a table.
  • For Corporate Events: We keep things clean and efficient. You want high-impact flavors like my Exotic Coin Pizzas or Garlic Tomato Basil Bruschettas that look sophisticated and taste familiar, perfect for a professional mixer.

I do not offer a 'one size fits all' starter menu. We can mix and match based on your crowd. If you have a group that loves spicy chaat, we focus on the live counters. If you want something a bit more fusion and modern, we bring in the mini burgers and shooters.
