I keep my catering simple: you order your favourite vegetarian snacks, and I prepare them fresh in my kitchen just before delivery. Because I focus on small-batch prep, you get crispy starters and fresh bites that actually taste homemade, not like standard industrial catering, delivered ready-to-serve for your guests.
When you host a party, the last thing you want is the stress of managing the kitchen. My approach is to take that load off your shoulders with food that feels like it came from your own home. Whether you are hosting a quick hi-tea, a birthday, or a simple puja, I focus on the basics done well.
Freshness Over Everything
I don't believe in deep-freezing snacks for weeks. When you place an order, I start the preparation fresh. This makes a massive difference in the texture of items like dhokla or the crispness of a samosa. I use clean, good-quality oil and fresh produce, so your guests don't leave feeling heavy or bloated.
Customization for Every Guest
I know that party planning often involves juggling different dietary needs. Most of my menu, including crowd-pleasers like pani puri dhokla or veg cutlets, can be prepared as Jain food (no onion, no garlic). If you have kids attending, just let me know, and I can dial down the spice levels so everyone can enjoy the spread.
The Logistics
All my snack orders are drop-off catering. This means I deliver everything ready-to-serve in eco-friendly boxes or bulk containers. It keeps setup minimal for you—you just open the boxes and place them on the table. If you are ordering for a larger group, I can help you mix and match starters to ensure you have a balance of textures, from something crunchy like veggie cutlets to something soft like mini burgers.
