The Setup & Service
We focus on a high-touch experience with a server-to-guest ratio of 1:8. This means your guests get immediate attention. Our team is trained in specific serving etiquette, moving in rows to serve everyone simultaneously. This 'Pangat' style eliminates the chaos of a busy buffet line and allows your guests to relax and enjoy the conversation at their tables.
What Is Included
- Seating: Traditional low-seating arrangement using individual chowkis (low tables) with cushion seating for an authentic feel.
- Tableware: We use our signature heavy brass thali sets, which include a large plate, matching katoris, dessert spoon, and tumbler.
- The Menu Flow: The service is paced for a relaxed meal. We start with a welcome drink and starters as guests are seated, followed by unlimited service of phulka, poori, two rich vegetable gravies, and varieties of rice.
- The Finish: We wrap up the experience with a traditional paan (beeda) and mineral water served in brass tumblers.
