Our Architectural Design and Construction Process
From the first hand-drawn sketches to final site execution, we maintain strict control over every phase of your project. Here is a look behind the scenes at how we translate concepts into tangible, high-end living spaces.
This sequence illustrates our complete design workflow. We begin with foundational ideas captured through hand sketching, which are then developed into detailed technical plans using CAD software, and finally visualized as photorealistic architectural renders.
Here is a quick glimpse into our design culture, where concepts are born on paper and evolve into fully realized living spaces. This process shows the transition from a simple sketch to a sophisticated modern architectural form.
We believe in transparency throughout the construction phase. This on-site footage shows the raw, hands-on work of bringing our complex brick wall designs to life, highlighting the skill required to execute intricate patterns and ensure structural integrity.
About Our Design & Build Process
We place immense value on the continuity between the drawing board and the build. Our studio manages site supervision with frequent visits, typically two to three times every month, to ensure that intricate brick masonry and structural elements align exactly with the technical drawings produced during the initial design phase.
Our methodology bridges the gap between creative vision and engineering reality. We begin by defining the architectural narrative, often starting with hand-drawn concepts that establish the mood and spatial flow. These initial ideas undergo rigorous development into technical documentation, including CAD plans and detailed sections.
For us, the design process is not linear. It requires constant iteration. We integrate structural zoning and service layouts early to prevent complications during construction. When we design complex facades, such as our signature brickwork or curved masonry, we create specialized drawings that guide our contractors on site. This preparation minimizes errors and ensures that the final result remains true to the original concept.
Quality control occurs on the ground. During the construction phase, we maintain direct coordination with structural engineers and consultants to resolve non-standard spans or service integration issues. Whether we are selecting specific kiln-fired bricks or overseeing the installation of lighting systems, our studio remains involved in every technical decision. This commitment ensures that the final built form achieves the precision and materiality we promised at the start.
