This is where movement meets stillness. This video shows our students practicing variations of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) and other foundational asanas in a guided group class. Our instructor is present throughout, ensuring everyone moves safely and mindfully.
About Holistic Yoga Classes
Our classes aren't about holding a perfect pose or having the most expensive leggings. We keep our batches between 8 and 12 students, which means our trainers are actually looking at your form, correcting your posture, and helping you adjust your alignment safely during every single Hatha sequence.
Traditional Hatha Yoga with Expert Guidance
We believe that real progress happens in the details. By partnering with The Yoga Institute, we bring a traditional, scientific approach to our Hatha Yoga sessions. Whether you are recovering from a long week or just starting your fitness journey, our focus remains on spinal health, nervous system regulation, and improving your daily range of motion.
What to Expect
- Small Batch Focus: With a maximum of 12 students per session, you receive actual instruction, not just a teacher demonstrating from a stage. We adjust, correct, and support.
- The Schedule: Classes run every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7 PM to 8 PM. It is the perfect evening wind-down for busy Bombay professionals.
- The Setup: Our studio in Andheri East is fully air-conditioned with premium wooden flooring. We provide blocks and straps, so you only need to bring yourself.
