How We Train

  • Online: You can join my dance fitness workouts from your living room, wherever you are.
  • In-Person: If you are in Mumbai, I conduct private sessions in my air-conditioned studio. These are perfect for individuals or groups of up to five people. We keep the vibe high-energy and even include time for content creation if you want to record your progress.
  • The Vibe: It is all about the 'main character energy'. My students range from local Mumbaikars to followers joining from Germany.

Seasonal Specials

Once a year, I channel my inner Gujju for a special Navratri Garba series. These sessions combine traditional Dandiya steps with high-energy fitness routines. It is a total mood and easily one of the most popular series I do.
