A curated selection of my work across corporate and residential spaces, highlighting a blend of Indian craftsmanship, modern utility, and deep contextual design.

The reception area for Anthea Pharma, where custom-designed concrete panels and elegant floating bird lights create a striking first impression. The dark wenge-stained teakwood desk provides a sophisticated contrast, establishing a professional and modern corporate identity.

A complete transformation of a 40-year-old apartment into a Rooted Japandi Home. By removing walls and introducing natural materials, I created an open, bright, and warm space that seamlessly connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas.

An unused penthouse balcony transformed into a luxurious Spanish-inspired outdoor lounge. With a new glass canopy, patterned tiles, and comfortable seating, this space is now a perfect urban retreat for relaxing and entertaining.

A vibrant and playful children's bedroom designed for learning and fun. The room features a custom world-map wallpaper, a bunk bed with a safety net and swing, and an integrated study area, creating a personal playground for a child to thrive in.

The entrance to Kana Cafe, a community space I designed to be an urban retreat inspired by the breezy, nature-integrated cafes of Bali. The design focuses on creating a tranquil atmosphere with a clean, minimal aesthetic and lush greenery.

The extravagant lobby of Meghana Foods' corporate office, featuring a backlit onyx wall as the centerpiece. This space was designed to be opulent yet inviting, using plush furnishings and rich wood tones to welcome visitors.

A detail of the washroom at Anthea Pharma, showcasing my focus on material craftsmanship. The walls and floor are clad in rugged Kadappa stone, paired with a bespoke concrete basin and matte French gold fittings for a raw yet luxurious feel.

About this collection

My approach to these projects is fundamentally driven by the site's context, rather than a single pre-defined style. Whether it is an industrial corporate office in Hyderabad or a heritage home renovation in Mangalore, the materials—like Kadappa stone, natural teak, or backlit onyx—are chosen specifically to address the unique lighting, ventilation, and functional requirements of that space.

Every space showcased here represents a distinct dialogue between the existing site conditions and the client's narrative. When I approach an interior, I look past the floor plan to identify how architecture can genuinely influence daily life or work efficiency.

Materiality and Process

In projects like the Anthea Pharma office, the use of Kadappa stone and custom-designed concrete panels was not just an aesthetic choice; it was a way to ground the industrial atmosphere with tactile, natural textures. Similarly, in the Meghana Foods lobby, the backlit onyx wall serves as a focal point that defines the corporate identity while maintaining an inviting warmth. For residential renovations, such as the Japandi-inspired apartment, the removal of non-structural partitions and the introduction of light-filled, open-plan layouts allow for a seamless connection between living and dining zones.

Designing for Context

My work ranges from the restoration of ancestral homes, where preserving history is paramount, to new-build commercial offices that require acoustic treatment and high-traffic durability. In all these instances, I prioritise:

  • Spatial Flow: Ensuring that movement through a room feels natural and intuitive.
  • Craftsmanship: Integrating elements like hand-woven rattan shutters, stained-glass windows, and custom timber joinery to add a layer of human touch.
  • Adaptability: Creating commercial spaces that foster productivity, and homes that offer a genuine sense of refuge.

If you are considering a renovation or a new build, understand that the design process involves significant planning, from material selection to site management. I work closely with my clients to ensure the final result is a precise reflection of their lifestyle or business goals, ensuring that the spaces remain functional and enduring for years to come.
