For clients working with conditions like scoliosis or recovering from disc issues, this personalized approach is essential for safety. We use the Cadillac Trapeze Table and Wunda Chair to isolate specific areas, allowing us to progress at a pace that works for your unique physiology. By keeping my group batches small or offering private sessions, I ensure that nobody gets lost in the crowd. You will find that after just a few weeks of consistent, guided training, your body moves with significantly more ease and precision. I also integrate Gyrotonic principles to improve your joint mobility and fascia elasticity, ensuring your training is comprehensive.
