This is what peak control and strength looks like on the Cadillac. This inverted position challenges the entire body, requiring core stability, back flexibility, and focused breathing to achieve this beautiful line.
I love the energy of our group sessions! Here, we're using the barre and mini stability balls for a coordinated movement that improves balance, posture, and creates a lovely rhythm in the body.
Personal attention is key to safe and effective Pilates. I'm helping a client achieve a deeper, more effective stretch on the Cadillac, ensuring her form is precise to get the full benefit of the movement.
The Ladder Barrel is fantastic for building a strong posterior chain. This reverse plank position strengthens the back, glutes, and hamstrings, all while opening up the chest and shoulders.
Finding stillness and power on the Stability Chair. This exercise looks graceful, but it's a deep challenge for leg strength, balance, and core control, showing how Pilates builds strength from the inside out.
Lunges on the Pilates Reformer are a game-changer for leg work. The moving carriage adds an element of instability that forces your core and stabilizing muscles to work harder, toning the legs and glutes beautifully.

In every session, whether you are on the Reformer or the Cadillac, I keep my groups small, with no more than 4 to 8 people. This allows me to provide the tactile feedback you need to master your alignment, ensuring you are moving with precision and purpose rather than just going through the motions.
My approach to Pilates goes beyond fitness trends. I emphasize the deep connection between breath and movement, a method that transforms how you feel in your daily life. Whether you are coming in for injury rehab, posture correction, or to build long, lean muscle, my studio is designed to be your space for focused growth.
We do not believe in rushed repetitions. You will see me using specialized gear like the Cadillac for spinal decompression, the Wunda Chair for core stability, and the Reformer for flow-based resistance. These tools allow us to build strength from the inside out, often helping clients feel lighter and more capable after just a few sessions.
I also specialize in Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis training, which introduces a rhythmic, fluid quality to your workouts. It is perfect for improving joint mobility and fascial elasticity. If you are recovering from an injury or dealing with chronic discomfort, my private 1-on-1 sessions allow me to create a safe, customized program that respects your body’s limits while gently challenging them. Ultimately, we are here to support each other and celebrate every small victory along the way.
