We keep the batch sizes intimate—typically 4 to 8 participants—to ensure you get real, hands-on attention. Whether you are using the Reformer for lean muscle tone, the Cadillac for spinal decompression, or just a simple mat with a stability ball, the goal is always the same: understanding how your body moves. We have designed the studio to be free from the noise and distractions of larger setups, allowing for better focus on your rehabilitation, posture, or strength goals. If you are ever unsure about a movement, you will find mirrors available for self-correction and a supportive environment where we value progress over perfection.
