About Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis Training
I’m obsessed with how movement can transform the way you feel - it’s not just about exercise, it’s about getting a real connection between your mind, breath, and body. I work with people from total beginners to fitness junkies, and yes, age is no bar here. What matters is you show up with an open mind.
What’s This All About?
Gyrotonic & Gyrokinesis are all about flowing, spiraling movements that target your whole body, especially the spine. Gyrotonic uses gorgeous wooden machines (like the Pulley Tower) for resistance and support, while Gyrokinesis is mat-based and starts with gentle breathwork and self-massage. Think three-dimensional movement system, not boring isolated exercises.
Who’s It For?
Anyone tired of stiff joints, wanting better posture, or just looking for a fun new way to move. I welcome people with scoliosis or those coming out of injury too - these methods are gentle but go deep.
Why Do This?
- Healthier, happier spine
- Real core strength (not just abs)
- More flexibility & range, without forcing anything
- Spinal mobility training with a focus on feeling good, not just looking good
I’m a certified Gyrotonic Pre-Trainer and forever learning. If you want movement that feels good and actually works for your body, come try this out.

My Story
Hey, I’m Monica. Every morning, the birds outside my studio remind me how lucky I am to do this. Teaching Pilates and Gyrotonic isn’t just my job, it’s my happy place. I’m always picking up new skills (like that Gyrotonic course in Kuala Lumpur—wow, what a ride!). The best part? The friends I make. We laugh, we chat, sometimes we even sneak out for lunch. Girls just wanna have fun, right?
