About A Dialogue with History

Restoring a 200-year-old home requires a delicate balance between structural integrity and preserving the original narrative. In our Mattur residence project, we transformed a narrow 10ft by 80ft space by integrating modern waffle slab ceilings and terracotta flooring, proving that heritage structures can evolve without losing their character. We approach every restoration as a conversation with the past, identifying which elements to preserve and where to introduce modern comfort.
