I design homes that breathe, using soft palettes and playful details to create spaces that feel bright, airy, and truly yours.

This living area from 'The Pastel Abode' project showcases a gentle color palette of mint green, blush pink, and pastel blue. The artful sliding door, when open, reveals the bedroom corridor and acts as a unique design feature.

A pastel blue sofa, a reversible wooden swing, and a small bench offer flexible seating in this living room. The soft colors stand in beautiful contrast to the warm oakwood of the TV unit.

To create a dedicated puja space in the dining area, I designed this movable partition made of cane, brass, and wood. It separates the space beautifully without blocking light, and includes built-in planters.

This custom fluted crockery unit, painted in pastel blue and ivory, adds elegant charm to the dining space. Above it, custom ceramic artwork ties together the home's overall pastel theme.

This monochromatic dining room uses a black and white palette for a chic and timeless look. The bar unit features fluted white panels, while the black crockery cabinet has patterned wallpaper inside for a touch of detail.

For this multifunctional bar and entertainment space, I chose a rich teal hue for the walls. The room receives ample natural light, so the deep color creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere without feeling dark.

The other side of the entertainment room features the same bold teal on a wall with classic moulding. I added simple live-edge wood shelves to display decor, letting the wall color be the main statement.

About Light & Playful Interiors

I steer away from standard showroom palettes, preferring to blend soft pastels with specific natural textures like rattan and oak. In projects like 'The Pastel Abode,' we did not just pick a color; we balanced mint greens and blush pinks against warm wood grains to ensure the room feels grounded. It is about creating flow, whether that is using custom fluted cabinetry or a functional partition that defines a zone without blocking the natural light.
