Modern Retail Interior Design for Brands
We turn your digital identity into a physical space that people want to walk into. From storefronts that demand attention to layouts that boost sales, we align every inch with your brand story.
The facade of the Popular Shoe Mart in Tirupati, a project where we used a bold, red-framed glass front and a striking upper section of aluminum composite panels. A strong facade is the first chapter of the brand's story.
The interior of the Paragon showroom, where we used a clean, bright layout with pops of the brand's signature red. The design focuses on clear zoning and organized displays to enhance the customer shopping experience.

This video shares our top 10 tips for effective retail facade design, using the Popular Shoe Mart project as an example. We cover everything from material durability to strategic lighting.

About this collection
When we designed the Eeken store, we did not just build standard shelves. We took the 'K' from their logo, reversed it, and used that exact geometric shape to build the display units. It made the brand identity a functional part of the furniture, not just a vinyl sticker on the wall. This is how we think about every retail space, whether it is a small kiosk or a large showroom.
Building a Store That Sells
Retail design is not just about making a space look good. It is about how the customer moves, what they see first, and how they feel when they pick up your product. We treat your store as your most important salesperson.
The Facade as a First Impression
In India, a facade faces extreme weather and high competition for attention. For projects like the Popular Shoe Mart in Tirupati, we rely on materials like Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP). It is durable, fire-resistant, and lets us play with bold shapes. We use facades to create an unmistakable landmark that draws people in from the street.
The Inside Story
Once the customer is inside, the layout takes over. We focus on three things:
- Clear Zoning: We group products so customers do not get overwhelmed.
- Lighting Strategy: We use high CRI (Color Rendering Index) lighting to make products look their best, which is essential for jewellery or footwear.
- Brand Immersion: We derive patterns and textures directly from your logo and company values. If you are a sustainable brand, we use natural fibers and textures. If you are a tech-focused startup, we lean into clean lines and modern metal finishes.
Our Process
We move from site survey to concept, mood boarding, and then technical execution. We stay on the site because, as we have learned after 400 projects, the design only works if it is built right. We collaborate closely with your team to ensure the final fit-out is practical for your staff and engaging for your customers.
