We build retail environments that guide customer movement and highlight your products. From boutique storefronts to immersive experience centers, we focus on lighting, circulation, and material finishes that tell your brand's story.

A wide view of the 'Beige Bag' boutique, showing the central display counter and elegant ring chandeliers. We used terrazzo flooring and backlit clothing racks to create a bright, inviting, and high-end retail experience.

A special bridal section within a designer boutique. The checkered floor, limewash walls, and dramatic curtains create a private and luxurious space for clients, blending classic Victorian elegance with modern design.

This is a display pod within a furniture experience center. We used a bold terracotta wall and a dramatic chandelier to create a moody, theatrical setting for this semi-sectional sofa and abstract coffee table.

A quick tour of a boutique we designed, showcasing the blend of rustic stone walls and polished terrazzo floors. The video moves from clothing displays to a curved trial room, highlighting the unique design elements throughout the store.

A brief look into a boutique design that combines classic elegance with modern touches. The space features crystal chandeliers, minimalist clothing racks, and a soft, neutral color palette to create a sophisticated shopping atmosphere.

A furniture display featuring a modern chaise lounge and a decorative screen. We use these curated arrangements in experience centers to show clients how different pieces can work together in a real-world setting.

This vignette showcases a semi-serpentine sofa and a sculptural coffee table. The curved forms and moody lighting create an artistic and sophisticated display within the furniture studio.

About this collection

The biggest challenge in retail design is not just aesthetics, but natural customer flow. We prioritize path analysis and zone segregation so visitors interact with your products rather than just walking past them. Before you finalize any layout, look at your lighting plan. If your hero display is not properly highlighted, the rest of the store design loses its impact.

Designing for the Customer Journey

A retail space should function as a silent salesperson. When we design boutiques or showrooms, we start with the floor plan—mapping out the customer journey from the moment they step through the door. Whether you need a high-end boutique with terrazzo floors and fluted panels or a modular furniture experience center, our process focuses on efficiency and visual impact.

Our Approach to Materials & Lighting

We favor materials that age well and add depth. Terrazzo, micro-concrete, and specialized wood finishes are staples in our retail work because they provide a premium feel without overwhelming the merchandise. Lighting is equally critical. We often implement magnetic track lighting systems, which allow you to adjust the focus as your product displays change throughout the season.

The Process: From Concept to Execution

  1. Workflow Analysis: We analyze your product density and how customers move through your space.
  2. Mood & Atmosphere: Whether you want a moody, intimate vibe for luxury goods or a bright, neutral environment for a boutique, we define the palette early.
  3. Technical Execution: We provide GFC drawings, electrical looping for displays, and MEP integration for HVAC and security.

Commercial Design Packages

We offer two main paths:

  • Consultancy: For those with their own execution team, we provide 3D renders, layout plans, and material specifications.
  • Turnkey Execution: We manage the entire build—from civil work and flooring to lighting and bespoke furniture—letting you focus on your business.
