Step 1 of our process: It all starts with you. We sit down with our clients to understand their requirements, expectations, and vision, which builds the foundation for the entire project.
Step 2: Site Rekki and Survey. We visit the site to observe, measure, and understand every detail, ensuring our design aligns perfectly with the physical space. The site always speaks to us.
Step 3: Planning and Moodboard Creation. This is where we bring ideas to life. We develop detailed plans and moodboards to visualize colors, materials, and styles, setting the tone for the project.
Step 4: The Design Process. Teamwork makes the dream work. Our team collaborates, brainstorms, and revises until we have the perfect design ready for client approval.
Step 5: Technical Drawings and Execution. We move from paper to reality. Detailed technical drawings guide our execution team as they begin the construction and bring the vision to life.

A pretty 3D render is just the starting point. Our process is rooted in site reality, which is why we obsess over technical drawings and practical execution. Whether it is sourcing the right material for a high-traffic cafe or ensuring your office workstations are ergonomically sound, we stay on-site to make sure the drawing on paper translates perfectly to the space you walk into.
How We Approach Design

Step 1: Discovery and Site Survey
Everything begins with listening. We sit down to understand your needs, your budget, and your aesthetic goals. Following this, we visit your site for a thorough survey. We don't just measure walls; we look for potential challenges and opportunities that will impact the final layout.
Step 2: Planning and Moodboards
Before we build, we visualize. We develop detailed floor plans and mood boards that define the color palette, materials, and overall style. This is where we ensure the functionality matches the aesthetics. For a workspace, this means optimizing flow and acoustic comfort; for a retail space, it means focusing on product visibility and customer movement.
Step 3: Technical Precision
This is where many projects falter, but where we excel. We translate our conceptual designs into comprehensive technical drawings. These documents guide our execution team on everything from electrical points and plumbing layouts to custom joinery details and furniture dimensions.
Step 4: Execution and On-Site Management
Paper plans are useless without proper execution. We manage the entire build, coordinating with contractors and overseeing the installation of modular workstations, glass partitions, and custom lighting. We stay on-site to handle the 'curveballs' that construction inevitably throws, ensuring the quality remains high until the final reveal.
