Minimalist Luxury: Design for Entisi Chocolatier
We designed this flagship retail space in Pune to prioritize the product, using clean lines and custom furniture to create a premium brand experience.
The central display pods at Entisi were custom-designed to be movable, allowing for flexible merchandising of seasonal products. Their tiered, cylindrical form, combining wood and a terrazzo-like finish, creates a focal point that draws customers into the heart of the store.
This walkthrough of the Entisi store highlights the key design features. We discuss the intent behind the sleek metal shelving, the interactive chocolate-on-tap counter, the movable display pods, and the dramatic curved ceilings that define the space.
The reception counter at Entisi combines a terrazzo-finish body with a warm wood top and a brushed brass base, establishing the store's material language right at the entrance. The double-height ceiling and minimalist pendant lights create a sense of scale and elegance.

The beauty of minimalist design is in the details. This video shows the intricately crafted ceilings at Entisi, with scooped-out coves and curved edges highlighted by concealed lighting, creating a seamless and sophisticated look.
This render illustrates our vision for the seating area at Entisi. The design uses light shelving made of thin metal and marble, along with a mix of ambient and focused lighting, to create a space that feels open, calm, and allows the brand's products to shine.
The execution of our custom flooring design required precision. We created full-scale plywood stencils on-site to test the accuracy of our CAD drawings before the tiles were cut and laid with brass inlays, ensuring a flawless finish.
This CAD drawing shows the technical detail behind the flooring design at Entisi. We use precise CNC routing plans to cut and combine different materials, creating patterns that guide customer flow and highlight key experiential zones within the store.
We believe furniture should be integral to the architecture. This custom-designed table at Entisi features a marble top and fluted wooden legs, serving as a functional display while echoing the store's language of clean lines and premium materials.

About Minimalist Luxury: The Entisi Chocolatier Project
Achieving this minimalist look required more than just selecting simple materials. For the Entisi flagship, we coordinated precise CNC routing for the flooring and created plywood stencils on-site to ensure the brass inlays aligned perfectly with the curved design. It is the kind of hidden technical work that turns a standard retail space into a cohesive, premium experience.
Designing a flagship retail space means making the product the hero while ensuring the environment feels intentional. For Entisi in Pune, we started with a core philosophy of minimalist luxury. This meant moving away from visual clutter and focusing on a palette of neutral tones, warm woods, and seamless finishes that allow the chocolate packaging to stand out.
We view furniture as an extension of the architecture, not just an addition. Every piece in this store, from the custom display pods to the interactive 'Nostimo' counter, was developed to serve a specific operational need while maintaining the visual language of the shop. By using materials like thin metal shelving, marble, and brushed brass, we created a display system that feels light and elegant.
The real work happened in the technical details. We integrated curved ceilings with concealed cove lighting to soften the space and used specialized flooring patterns to guide customers naturally through the store. By utilizing CNC routing and brass inlays, we defined specific experiential zones without needing physical walls.
We believe that if a space is designed well, it should intuitively tell the customer where to look and how to move. Whether you are planning a new retail outlet or revamping an existing cafe, we approach every project with this same focus on process, technical precision, and storytelling.
