What We Do
I believe an office should tell your brand’s story, not just hold desks and chairs. My approach to commercial interior design is all about making your workspace reflect your values and vibe. I start every project by digging into your story, so the space feels real and not just “trendy”.
The STaND Way
Design for me is about ‘spatial branding’—your company’s personality shows up in every corner. I don’t just throw catalog furniture into a room. I plan zones that match how you work:
- Reception that actually feels welcoming
- Chill collaborative zones, proper boardrooms
- Quiet cabins, soundproof booths for calls
- Pantry and chill-out spots where people actually want to hang
How I Work
I’m obsessed with materials and how they change a mood. From warm Travertine marble in gathering spots to deep Azul marble in boardrooms, every choice matters. Tech gets blended in—hydraulic desks, pop-up screens—keeping things slick but never complicated.
Custom office furniture design is a big part of what I do. I sketch, build, and install so every piece fits your needs and style.
The Process
You’re in the loop from day one—mood boards, 3D walkthroughs, budget breakdowns, site visits, and a final walk-through. I’m upfront about both the wins and the messy bits because that’s real.

My Story
Hey, Sid and Nik here. We kicked off STaND back in college, just two friends chasing a dream. For us, design is all about finding ourselves—sometimes through Ladakh’s raw vibes, sometimes through our clients’ roots, whether Indian, African, or Emirati. Each project’s a diary entry, some wins, some chaos, always honest. We’re still figuring it out, and glad you’re reading along.
