How We Work

• First, we get into the details of your brand - what matters to you, what you want people to feel. We put together a mood board to agree on the vibe, and we talk through real stuff like how easy it’ll be to keep clean or what’ll last.
• Next, we get to the drawing board. We build out 3D models, play with ideas, and tweak every little thing till it works - both for your customers and for your staff.
• All the way through, we’re super open about costs and timelines, sharing updates on WhatsApp so you’re never left guessing.
• We’re hands-on during the build, from custom furniture design for stores to site visits. When it’s done, we walk you through every corner, handing over a care guide with all the details.
