Architecture is a conversation between people and place. Meet the team at SSDA, where every design is informed by the site, light, and the narrative of your home.

The designers may stay the same, but the design never does. This video shows our team and then pans across several of our distinct facades, illustrating our core belief that every project must respond to its unique context, light, and landscape.

A glimpse into a typical day at the SSDA studio. From collaborative design meetings and detailed CAD work to quiet moments of individual focus, this is where our ideas take shape before they become built realities.

Our co-founders, Saumya and Sudhir, are seen here at our Urban Oasis project. We love documenting our work, and these rare photos together on-site are a testament to our hands-on, collaborative approach.

The co-founders at the Mango Court House during its construction phase. Being on-site is crucial to our process, allowing us to ensure every detail aligns with our vision, from the foundation to the final finishes.

Saumya and Sudhir at the Triveni Farmhouse project. Seeing a design come to life in its natural setting is one of the most rewarding parts of our work as architects.

Our co-founders in front of the House of Passages. The project's facade, with its clean white planes and warm wood panels, provides a perfect backdrop that reflects our studio's contemporary aesthetic.

A moment captured with our co-founders at the Rosewood Farmhouse. The grand scale of the architecture and the carefully planned landscape behind them showcase the ambitious scope of our residential projects.

Standing in the central courtyard of Rosewood Farmhouse, our founders are framed by the home's symmetrical wings and the stunning pool. This space is the heart of the project, connecting all elements of the design.

Another perspective of the co-founders at Rosewood Farmhouse, showcasing the grand, multi-level courtyard that serves as the primary outdoor living and circulation space for the home.

About Meet the Designers

We do not believe in standard blueprints because no two families live the same way. When we begin a consultation, we focus on your site's natural light and existing trees rather than a wishlist, ensuring the final home feels like it has always belonged exactly where it sits.
