Pool and Water Feature Designs for Luxury Residences

Water transforms a landscape. We design pools and reflecting ponds to act as mirrors for your architecture, creating serene spaces that integrate seamlessly with your garden and home.

The pool at the Rosewood residence is a stunning example of landscape integration. Featuring a glass edge that creates a seamless look, it is surrounded by multi-level stone patios and lush garden beds, forming the heart of the home's outdoor living area.

The pool at Rosewood Farmhouse is designed for tranquility. Its calm blue water reflects the sky and the clean lines of the adjacent pool house, while colorful croton plants add a vibrant splash of color to the serene setting.

At Gulmohar Farmhouse, the swimming pool is tucked alongside the home, creating a private and accessible aquatic retreat. A simple metal railing provides safety without obstructing the view, and a large canopy offers a shaded area for poolside lounging.

This view from the covered veranda at Gulmohar Farmhouse shows how the pool is integrated directly with the living space. The wooden ceiling and dark floor tiles create a warm, resort-like feel, with views of palm trees framing the scene.

A narrow pool runs along the side of Gulmohar Farmhouse, making efficient use of the space while providing a refreshing visual element. The modern facade with its mix of wood and grey texture provides a sophisticated backdrop.

The jacuzzi and pool area at Gulmohar Farmhouse are designed for relaxation. The turquoise mosaic tiles of the pool contrast beautifully with the dark grey patio, while surrounding palm trees enhance the tropical, luxurious feel.

The entrance to the pool at Gulmohar Farmhouse is framed by a modern architectural canopy. This design creates a clear transition from the driveway to the private recreational area, blending functionality with a strong aesthetic statement.

About this collection

When we approach a pool design, we consider it a structural extension of your home rather than a separate utility. We align the water edge, the deck materials, and the site orientation to ensure the water feature acts as a visual anchor, creating a sense of continuity that enhances the entire living area.

Our philosophy regarding water features stems from a desire to create quiet, reflective spaces. At projects like the Rosewood Farmhouse, we used water to double the visual presence of the modern facade, allowing the building to breathe in its own reflection.

We prioritize both the aesthetic impact and the integrity of the build. This involves:

  • Structural Integrity: Every water body we design includes a reinforced RCC shell and dual-layer waterproofing. We plan for the plumbing and filtration systems at the early stages, ensuring they remain invisible while performing perfectly.
  • Material Selection: We choose stone finishes like dark granite or mosaic tiles that allow the water to appear deep and still. This creates a mirror effect during the day and a subtle, dark presence at night.
  • Integration: Whether it is a narrow lap pool along a facade or a central courtyard pond, we ensure the design respects the existing trees and the home's architecture. We also keep Vastu principles in mind, often placing features to align with the home's entryways or prayer areas, as seen in our work at the Rosewood residence.

Ultimately, a pool should feel like a piece of architecture that holds water, not just a container added to the ground. We work closely with civil contractors to ensure every edge, drain, and step is finished to a standard that matches the rest of your home.
