Luxury Living Room Renovation

- Wall Treatments: Feature wall utilizing natural wood veneers (Walnut/Oak) with grooving details, combined with Neoclassical POP mouldings on secondary walls. Includes luxury emulsion or texture paint.
- Ceiling: Designer false ceiling (Gypsum) with architectural coves, shadow grooves, and provision for concealed lighting.
Bespoke Furniture (Custom Fabricated)
- Seating: Two custom-designed 3-seater sofas upholstered in high-GSM premium fabric (suede/velvet blends) with curved modern silhouettes. Two statement accent armchairs with metal or wood detailing.
- Tables: One center table featuring a natural stone/onyx top with PVD gold or brass-finished metal legs. Two side tables and one console unit in matching veneer/PU finish.

Master Bedroom Suite
Interior Finishes
- Flooring: Installation of Engineered Wood Flooring (Oak or Walnut finish) in plank or herringbone pattern.

- Carcass: Water-resistant BWP (Boiling Water Proof) Marine Ply internal structure.

- Ceramics: Wall-hung rimless WC with concealed cistern and a designer counter-top basin (Ceramic or Stone).
Vanity & Mirror
- Vanity Unit: Custom-designed floating vanity with a stone countertop and veneer-finished storage shutters.
- Mirror: Oversized, bespoke mirror with integrated LED backlighting or a decorative metal frame.
Lighting & Ceiling
- Ceiling: Water-resistant grid or Gypsum ceiling with spot lighting.
- Ambience: One statement pendant light or wall sconce to enhance the aesthetic.

My Style: Calm, Understated, Yours
- Modern luxury, but never flashy. I lean into that ‘Contemporary Calm’ vibe – spaces that look good now and still feel right years later.
- I’m big on warm minimalism interiors. Soft, lived-in luxury, not cold or museum-like.
- Contrast is my tool: light with shadow, soft with dramatic, classic pieces with modern touches.
Art, Light & Little Surprises
- Artwork isn’t an afterthought. Sometimes the whole room grows around that one painting you love.
- I obsess over ceiling design ideas – it’s the fifth wall, not just a lid.
- I love pulling in natural light interiors with big windows, skylights, and indoor-outdoor flow. Curtains hang from ceiling to floor for that extra height and mood.

- Stone, wood, and even bold accent walls if the space needs a little drama.
- Custom art decor integration is my jam – hand-painted pieces, feature staircases, or that kitchen in a fun color.
