At SD Inc., our work is built on a simple foundation: trust. For over 20 years, we have operated in Delhi NCR, moving from the reality of messy site visits to the joy of final reveals. But the heart of our firm lies in the people. Our co-founders, Shilpi and Sunil Dhingra, bring together technical precision and creative vision. Shilpi manages the fine details and operational flow, while Sunil, with two decades of architectural experience, handles the structural and design integrity.

Adding a fresh layer is our partner, Tanisha. As a psychology major, she challenges us to look at spaces through the lens of human emotion. She asks the questions that ensure your bedroom isn't just aesthetic, but a place where you truly rest. We believe that a home is more than just four walls—it is where your story unfolds, and our team is structured to help tell that story.
