Landscape Architecture & Design Consultation
Design Documentation & Planning
- Site & Context Analysis: Study of existing trees, sun path orientation, and wind direction.
- Master Layouts: Conceptual zoning of driveways, lawns, pool decks, and service areas.
- Planting Plan: Selection of specific species for high, mid, and low layers tailored to the local climate.
- Hardscape Details: Working drawings for paving patterns, joinery details for decks, and boundary wall elevations.
- Lighting & MEP: Layouts for mood lighting, spike lights, and drainage slopes.
- 3D Visualization: Realistic renders to visualize the space before execution.
Project Supervision
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborating with landscapers and civil contractors to ensure design fidelity.
- Material Selection: Assistance in selecting specific stone slabs and specimen trees at nurseries.
- Periodic Site Visits: Scheduled visits during critical phases to ensure alignment with architectural intent.
Hardscaping & Civil Works Execution
Civil Works & Base
- Sub base Preparation: Compaction of earth and laying of 4 inch PCC (Plain Cement Concrete) reinforced base for walkways and driveways.
- Waterproofing: Specialized waterproofing treatment for terraces or podium gardens.
- Structural Elements: Construction of floating steps, planter boxes, and boundary wall cladding substrates.
Finishing & Cladding
- Stone Paving: Supply and installation of premium stones like Flamed or Leather finish Granite and Kurnool Stone.
- Driveway Cobbles: Installation of hand cut granite cobbles for heavy traffic zones.
- Detailing: Precision cutting for hidden drains, coping for planters, and skirting.
- Grouting: Usage of high grade epoxy or polymer modified grout to prevent weed growth.
Softscaping & Horticulture Execution
Soil & Ground Preparation
- Debris Removal & Grading: Clearing site and levelling the ground to create gentle mounds or flat lawns.
- Soil Enrichment: Supply and mixing of river sand mix, Vermicompost, Neem Khali, and Bone meal.
- Pest Control: Pre planting anti termite piping or chemical treatment to protect root systems.
Planting & Lawns
- Turfing: Supply and laying of Shade tolerant Korean Grass or Mexican Carpet Grass.
- Layered Shrubbery: High density planting of shade and sun loving shrubs like Philodendrons and Ferns.
- Feature Trees: Supply and planting of semi mature architectural trees like Champa or Ficus.
- Mulching: Finishing soil beds with bark mulch or pebbles for moisture retention.
Bespoke Architectural Water Feature
Structure & Systems
- RCC Shell: Construction of reinforced concrete tank with dual layer waterproofing to prevent leakage.
- Filtration System: Installation of sand filter, recirculation pump, and balancing tank.
- Plumbing: Concealed piping for water inlets, overflow, and drain points.
Aesthetics & Finish
- Cladding: Lining the water body with absolute black granite or dark ceramic tiles for a reflective surface.
- Edge Detailing: Zero edge or infinity edge coping details using thick stone slabs.
- Lighting: Submersible IP68 LED warm white lights.
- Tree Planter Integration: Construction of a central island planter for a feature tree within the water body if required.

- We work with what’s already there, especially existing trees. Cutting down a tree? That’s not our thing. Old trees have memories, shade, and a kind of balance you can’t fake.

- We love making the inside and outside flow together. Big glass openings, indoor planters, central courtyards - these are our tricks for that seamless indoor-outdoor landscape flow.

- We sneak greenery indoors too, sometimes under the stairs or in random corners that need a little freshness.
