Our Strength & Conditioning (S&C) isn't about gym vanity; it's about court utility. Led by our specialist, Shailendran, we focus on badminton-specific movements: explosive plyometrics, hip stability for rapid direction changes, and core work to bulletproof your lower back against injury. We train your body to handle the 3-hour match, ensuring that the last set feels as sharp as the first.
