About Our Philosophy & Announcements

You cannot be a peak performer if you are not competitive every day, and our daily regimen reflects that reality. We operate a 6-day training week, splitting time between high-intensity on-court drills and strength conditioning to ensure every player builds the specific foundation they need to compete at the national and international levels.

We are a high-performance zone, not a luxury club. Our training happens on the standard wooden courts at Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium, and our focus remains entirely on the grind—mechanics, match analysis, and mental toughness.

Our Core Philosophy: Total Squash

'Total Squash' is our answer to the question of what it takes to succeed. It means we do not just teach you how to hit a ball. We focus on:

  • Elite Fitness: Using battle ropes, plyo boxes, and air bikes to build the endurance required for long matches.
  • Mental Conditioning: Preparing players for the pressure of tournaments and the reality of professional play.
  • Nutrition: Fueling performance with plans that sustain 4-6 hours of daily training.

Scholarship and Sponsorship Opportunities

We are actively looking for young players in the top 15 of their category who want to make it to the top. We believe talent should not be limited by resources, which is why we offer scholarship and sponsorship programs to support promising athletes in their journey.

The Academy Vibe

Whether you are a junior starting your first program or a PSA-ranked professional, the expectation is the same. Iron sharpens iron. We have players like Tanvi Khanna and Sanya Vats training alongside our junior squads because we believe in a shared environment where everyone pushes each other.
